Cancelation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request that you do so 24 hours in advance if possible so that we can accommodate another guest during the time allotted for your appointment. We do understand there are occasional unforeseen circumstances that may not allow for this to happen. In addition, if you have any spa services scheduled, we ask that you give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule these appointments.
